Videography of Property for Legal Purposes
Videography of a property is the detailed video documentation of the interior and exterior of a rental unit to accurately capture its condition for legal, financial, and tenancy‑related purposes.

FOR LANDLORDS: Protect your investment by documenting the condition of your property before and/or after a tenancy. If a tenant causes damage, you’ll have clear, time‑stamped evidence from a disinterested witness to support your claim should you need to pursue compensation in court.
Videography of Property
FOR TENANTS: If you’ve ever been unfairly blamed for property damage, proper documentation can protect you. A detailed, third‑party record of the property’s condition helps demonstrate that you did not cause the alleged damage, should legal action become necessary.

What the Service Includes
  • A full walkthrough of every room, hallway, and common area
  • Close‑up footage of walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures, and appliances
  • Documentation of any existing damage, wear, or safety issues
  • Exterior footage such as entryways, porches, yards, and parking areas
  • Date‑stamped video files stored for landlord or tenant use
  • Optional narration describing observations during the walkthrough
